Details, timelines, and pricing for each project are agreed upon individually through written proposals or contracts.
All projects require an initial deposit prior to commencement. The remaining balance is due upon completion or as defined in the agreed proposal or contract. Payment methods include bank transfer, Stripe, PayPal, Lemon Squeezy, or other approved platforms.
Invoices are due within the specified period stated on the invoice. Late payments may incur additional charges or service suspension until payment is received in full.
All materials created by Actinium Agency, including designs, code, content, and graphics, remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. After payment, ownership of final deliverables transfers to the client unless otherwise stated in the contract.
We reserve the right to display completed projects in our portfolio, social media, or case studies unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.
The client agrees to provide accurate information, materials, and approvals in a timely manner. Delays in feedback or delivery of content may extend project deadlines.
Actinium Agency is not responsible for missed deadlines resulting from incomplete client input or third-party dependencies.
Each project includes a limited number of revision rounds as defined in the proposal. Additional revisions or scope changes requested by the client may incur extra fees and adjusted timelines.
Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice. Deposits are non-refundable once work has begun. Refunds, if applicable, will be evaluated based on the completed portion of the project.
Actinium Agency may use third-party software, plugins, hosting, or APIs as part of the project. We are not liable for any malfunction, downtime, or data loss caused by third-party providers, though we strive to select only reputable services.
While we make every effort to ensure reliable, secure, and high-quality results, Actinium Agency is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services.
We treat all client data, project details, and business information as confidential. Information will not be shared with third parties without written consent, except as required by law.
Your use of our website is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in that policy.
We may revise these Terms periodically. Updated versions will be posted on this page with the “Last updated” date changed accordingly. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of any modifications.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Serbia. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Belgrade, Serbia.
